However, the company\u2019s history and technical expertise date back much earlier.<\/p><p data-start=\"470\" data-end=\"751\">One of its founders, <a href=\"http:\/\/lattes.cnpq.br\/5484999951515110\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Prof. Dr. Walter Pinto J\u00fanior<\/span><\/a>, a medical geneticist and <strong data-start=\"551\" data-end=\"643\">Retired Full Professor of Medical Genetics at the State University of Campinas (UNICAMP)<\/strong>, is considered one of the pioneers of biotechnology in Brazil, particularly in the serum production sector.<\/p><p data-start=\"753\" data-end=\"1037\">Another founder, <strong data-start=\"770\" data-end=\"795\">Jo\u00e3o Roberto Rossetto<\/strong> \u2014 Chemical Technician and Bachelor of Chemistry \u2014 brought more than <strong data-start=\"864\" data-end=\"904\">two decades of laboratory experience<\/strong>. Both founders spent many years working in the production of <strong data-start=\"966\" data-end=\"1011\">sterile filtered Fetal Bovine Serum (FBS)<\/strong> for the Brazilian market.<\/p><p data-start=\"1039\" data-end=\"1255\">Recognizing the importance of ensuring high-quality raw material, they decided to establish <strong data-start=\"1131\" data-end=\"1143\">Sorobras<\/strong> together with physician <strong data-start=\"1168\" data-end=\"1195\">Vinicius Henrique Pinto<\/strong>, combining tradition, innovation, and technical excellence.<\/p><p data-start=\"1257\" data-end=\"1534\">Sorobras represents the <strong data-start=\"1281\" data-end=\"1361\">shared vision and commitment of three generations of Brazilian entrepreneurs<\/strong>, dedicated to
